Centerville Care and Rehab Center is a 50-bed, skilled nursing and assisted living facility which includes outpatient Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and Adult Day Care services. The Center is staffed by 54 full and part-time nurses, certified nursing assistants and dietary specialists.

Staffed by local volunteer EMT's and paramedics, the Centerville Ambulance provides quick response and well-trained individuals. The local association has one up-to-date unit available within the city and the cooperation of surrounding communities and air-ambulance service to the regional medical centers located in Sioux Falls, SD, should the need arise.
